NationGolf Card™ - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NationGolf Card™. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the NationGolf Card™ website (www.nationgolfcard.com) and mobile application (the "App") (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these T&C. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the NationGolf Card™ website and App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these T&C, along with our Privacy Policy, which governs our data collection and use practices. If you do not agree with these T&C, please do not use the Service.
NationGolf Card™ Membership
- Membership Duration and Renewal: Memberships are valid for one year from the purchase date. Memberships automatically renew unless otherwise stated, and you will be notified of any changes to pricing prior to renewal.
- Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Partner Golf Courses
- Partner Agreement: Companies that partner with NationGolf Card™ agree to provide specific benefits/perks to NationGolf Card™ members. These perks, and their terms, including renewal cadence and redemption process, are outlined in individual Partner Agreements.
Use of NationGolf Card™ App and Website
- Access: NationGolf Card™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and App for personal use, subject to compliance with these T&C.
- Account Verification: Partners are required to confirm membership status via the App at the time of redemption. The “Redeem” button must be tapped to confirm valid perk use.
- Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm or disable the Service. Unauthorized use of content or attempting to replicate the Service is prohibited.
Pricing and Payment
- Fees: Membership fees are outlined on the NationGolf Card™ website.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you consent to the processing of payments as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on the NationGolf Card™ website and App, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of NationGolf Card™ and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website or App without prior written permission from NationGolf Card™.
Privacy
- Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
- By NationGolf Card™: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these T&C.
- By You: You may terminate your Membership or Partnership at any time by contacting us in writing at admin@nationgolfcard.com. Terminations are effective within 30 days of written notice, and no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
- NationGolf Card™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including loss of profits or business interruptions. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NationGolf Card™, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these T&C.
Dispute Resolution
